CRM & Operations Automation Specialist (HubSpot / Airtable)

We’re looking for a CRM & Operations Automation Specialist who can take ownership of our end-to-end systems, from CRM architecture to workflow automation and data integrity.
This is not a support role.
You’ll be the person who designs how the business runs behind the scenes, owning tools like HubSpot, Airtable, and other no-code/low-code platforms to streamline operations, improve reporting, and eliminate manual work.

Salary Range: Starts at $8/hr (PHP 80,000)

🧩 What You’ll Own
🔧 CRM & Systems Ownership
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, or similar) end-to-end
- Structure pipelines, databases, lifecycle stages, and data models
- Ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data across systems
⚙️ Automation & Integrations
- Build workflows using HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier, APIs, and other tools
- Eliminate manual processes through smart automation
- Troubleshoot integrations and system issues
📊 Reporting & Insights
- Build dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Track funnel performance, conversions, and operational KPIs
- Turn data into actionable insights
🔄 Operations & Process Improvement
- Support and improve cross-functional workflows
- Manage high-volume data and operational processes
- Identify inefficiencies and design better systems
📚 Documentation & Enablement
- Create SOPs, documentation, and internal knowledge bases
- Train teams on systems and workflows
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years experience in CRM, Operations, or Automation roles
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Airtable, or similar tools
- Proven ability to build end-to-end workflows and automations
- Strong understanding of data management and system architecture
- Experience with integrations (Zapier, APIs, etc.)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Systems thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working remotely with global teams
⭐ Nice to Have
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience with Notion, Zendesk, or similar tools
- Exposure to SaaS/startups or fast-scaling environments
- SQL or BI/reporting tools experience
- Experience using AI tools for automation or documentation
